First ever concept art for Control also comes along: Control 2 Concept Art The announcement came today, tweeted out by Remedy Entertainment which developed the original. Currently, the project is just a concept. The game will be released by Remedy for the PC platform and by 505 Games for the console platforms. The game will run on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S and be created using the exclusive Northlight® engine and tools from Remedy. Both 505 Games and Remedy will receive an equal share of the game’s future net sales as well as the development, marketing, and post-launch investments. The initial development budget for Control 2 is 50 million euros, and Remedy will continue to hold the game’s intellectual property. Remedy Entertainment has formally revealed that production will soon start on a follow-up to their mind-bending action adventure from 2019, Control. Remedy Entertainment and 505 Games, an international publisher of video games and a division of Digital Bros Group, have signed a contract under which Remedy and 505 Games will jointly create and publish Control 2 (previously known as Codename Heron), the follow-up to Remedy’s critically acclaimed game Control.
